REZA AFSHAR, CEO
Reza has more than 10 years of experience in Estate Planning and Fund management.
Prior to joining S.F.M., Reza was working for Royal Bank of Canada (Suisse) and Barclays Bank (Suisse).
Reza graduated with a Master in Entrepreneurship from HEC University of Geneva and with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Webster University in Geneva. Mr Afshar also holds a diploma in company law from the Society of Trust and Estate Practicioners and diplomas from the London School of Economics (LSE).

ALAN T. KUMMERMAN, CFO
Alan began his career in London with Lazard's, one of the world's most respected asset management and merchant bank. Alan then acted as a primary business angel behind the formation of IXEurope . The latter has since merged with Equinix forming the largest co-location company in the world, quoted on the Nasdaq .
Afterwards, Alan also co-founded and served as the Chairman of Silverwire , a leading B2B online business that was successfully sold to Hewlett Packard in 2006.
Alan graduated from Swarthmore College in the USA with a Bachelor of Arts. Following his studies at Swarthmore College, Alan went on to complete a Management degree as a Sloan Fellow at MIT's Sloan School.

ANDRE UTZINGER, Compliance & Central File
André joined S.F.M. in 2010 to work for our Compliance Department. He is also taking care of our Central File.
Prior to joining S.F.M. André had been working in the Private Banking sector for several years, where he had held various positions in the Back Office as well as in the Front Office. During his time with Citigroup André also obtained the Diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

SANDRO MEDINA, Estate Planning Executive
Sandro heads our offshore structuring department, providing clients with advices and assistance as to the right structure to set-up.
Sandro has graduated from Université Lyon 3 with a bachelor in management, and prior to joining S.F.M. has held various positions in the estate planning industry. Sandro also holds a diploma from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

PHILIPPE LANCON, Head of IT
Philippe heads the IT department. His work includes the creation and maintenance of databases, maintenance of our websites and SEO optimization.
Prior to joining S.F.M, Philippe worked for Advanced Currency Markets in Geneva and Synthesis Bank (Saxo Bank)in Geneva where he was a director for IT projects. Philippe holds a master in Information Technology from University of Grenoble Imag

RAFFAELLA CUESTAS , Banking executive
Raffaella has more than five years experience in corporate management. She has a master degree in corporate law from the Santa Maria Catholic University in Panama.
She joined SFM in 2010, as a corporate and trust officer. Before this, she was a corporate officer and manager of the swiss branch of an international law firm, heading the incorporation and post-incorporation administration area.

LINDY MARCEL , Head of International operations
Prior to joining S.F.M., Lindy was working as a Senior Corporate Services Officer for Mayfair Trust Group. She also worked for Pool & Patel in Seychelles.
Lindy has 8 years of experience in the offshore industry and is now heading our international operations.

Herna joined the offshore sector in 2008 as a corporate officer with CKLB Fiduciary (Seychelles) limited where she attended to incorporation of IBC's and administration. Herna has 8 years working experience in the accounting field. Before joining SFM she worked as an accounts supervisor for the Seychelles marketing board.

FRANCOIS-HENRI CLOAREC, Corporate Services Officer
Holder of a diploma in Economics from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Rennes and of a Masters Degree in Risk Management, François-Henri has acquired experience in the administrative and financial fields working in Switzerland, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining SFM he held a position as an economist with the French Embassy.
